We believe in using business as a powerful tool for change and are committed to making dollars make sense. At Anupaya we aim to inspire and support environmental stewardship and out of reverence for Mother Nature, leave our wild spaces in better shape than we found them - one incredible product at a time.

In short, we created this brand to use environmental stewardship, conscious consumerism and damn fine goods as a powerful, measurable and tangible way to create positive change in the world.

Through our ‘One Pound Promise’, we commit to taking care of our shared wild spaces by removing a pound of waste for every product sold, hosting and funding community cleanups across Canada and around the globe.

A dialogue between idealism and pragmatism.

At Anupaya, we recognize that for a corporation to be an effective and positive force for change in the world, we have to start where we are AND know where we're headed. 

If its not 100% Made in Canada or the USA, we source from artisans around the world, adhering to strict Fair Trade standards including fair wages, community development and environmental sustainability.

We're committed to supply chain responsibility. Using highly sustainable natural fibres, such as recycled wool, organic cotton, recycled polyester and bamboo, harvested in ways that don't further pollute our waterways, that are biodegradable and take less energy to produce than conventionally grown fibres.

We use thoughtful packaging methods; post consumer 100% recycled and recyclable materials, plant-based compostable bags and biodegradable packing peanuts made from cornstarch to tread as lightly as possible on the planet.

We recognize that to some degree or another, the wellbeing of one person depends on the wellbeing of all people, and the wellbeing of everybody depends upon the wellbeing of our planet.
