We have a Local $2 Delivery Option for orders shipping within the K0J 1P0 postal code region.

Canadian Orders:

$10 Flat rate shipping for all orders less than $150

$150 and up is FREE!!!

USA Orders:

$20 Flat rate shipping for all orders less than $200

$200 and up is FREE!!! 

International Orders:

Yes we do! All International orders will be shipped via Canada Post. Rates will vary depending on size, weight and destination. All shipping fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and orders are shipped within 3 business days after payment is received.

Please note that free and flat rate shipping do not apply to orders shipped outside Canada or United States.

All International orders are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Anupaya ships all Canadian & US orders via Canada Post. Once the order has shipped, orders should typically arrive within 5-10 business days for Canadian destinations. US destination may take longer. Also, please allow for extended delivery times during holiday seasons including Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

If an order is returned to us from the mail carrier due to an incomplete or invalid, there will be an additional shipping charge to the customer for the second shipping attempt. Inputting the correct address, contact email, and contact phone number is the responsibility of the customer!

Returns & Exchanges

If the product you ordered doesn't fit or is unsatisfactory in any way, you have 30 days from the original date of purchase to return the item to us for an exchange OR a refund, excluding the original cost of shipping, provided all the conditions listed both above and below are satisfied. Some exceptions may apply.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

No Returns, Exchanges or Refunds on Sale Items. 

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges. This also includes the initial cost of shipping to Anupaya on any orders that qualified for free shipping but no longer do after returns or exchanges.

Before you proceed with either a return or exchange, please ensure that you meet the conditions required for a return or exchange:

  • The product(s) have not been washed OR worn.
  • The product(s) have not been damaged or soiled in any way.
  • The product(s) are not a 'Sale Item'. Sale Item meaning it is at a marked down price from the original price or part of a promotion.

To exchange an item(s):

You will need to repack your purchase in its original packaging (please pack it safely and securely) and ship it back to our warehouse. Please keep your tracking information.

VERY IMPORTANT: If you're sending this from outside of Canada, you'll likely need to fill out a 'Customs Declaration' form from whichever courier you decide to use. Clearly identify the items as "RETURN ITEMS" so that Customs doesn't charge you or us for bringing these items across the border. Please note that any packages returned to us that incur return fees - duties, brokerage, customs, COD, shipping or otherwise - will not be accepted by Anupaya but rather returned to sender.

To return an item(s):

  1. Please email us at info@anupaya.ca and drop us a note stating: your name, your order number, and why you are returning the item.
  2. Mail the item back to us, along with a copy of the note to:** Anupaya, 48 Glendale Ave, PO Box 1239, Deep River, Ontario K0J 1P0

    Once your returning item has been received and inspected (making sure it has not been washed, worn, soiled etc.), we'll process your refund back to your original method of payment (less any cost of shipping). We'll email you to let you know the refund has been processed on our end; it may take a couple days to show up on your end depending on how quickly your bank processes it.
