SHIPPING METHODS

For LOCAL DEEP RIVER (K0J 1P0, Ontario) Peeps ONLY:

We have a Local $2 Delivery Option for orders shipping within the K0J 1P0 postal code region.

Canadian Orders:

$10 Flat rate shipping for all orders less than $150

$150 and up is FREE!!!

USA Orders:

$25 Flat rate shipping for all orders less than $250

$250 and up is FREE!!! 

 

Once orders have shipped, they should typically arrive within 5-10 business days for Canadian destinations. US destination may take longer. Please allow for extended delivery times during holiday seasons including Black Friday and Cyber Monday. 

PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT!!

If an order is returned to us from the mail carrier due to an incomplete or invalid address, there will be an additional shipping charge to the customer for the second shipping attempt. Inputting the correct address, contact email, and contact phone number is the responsibility of the customer!

International Orders:

Yes we do! Rates will vary depending on size, weight and destination and will be quoted prior to purchase during the checkout process. All shipping and related fees (customs, duties, brokerage etc.) for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. International orders are shipped within 3 business days after payment is received.

All International orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Returns & Exchanges

If the product you ordered doesn't fit or is unsatisfactory in any way you have 30 days from the original date of purchase to return the item to us for an exchange OR a store credit, excluding the original cost of shipping. All conditions listed  above and below must be satisfied in order to qualify for an exchange or return. Some exceptions may apply. Store credits are valid for one year from date of issue, are non-transferable and non-convertible.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE - No Returns, Exchanges or Refunds on Sale Items. 

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges. This also includes the initial cost of shipping to Anupaya on any orders that initially qualified for free shipping but no longer do after returns or exchanges.

Before you proceed with either a return or exchange, please ensure that you meet the conditions required for a return or exchange:

  • The product(s) have not been washed OR worn.
  • The product(s) have not been damaged or soiled in any way.
  • The product(s) were purchased at full retail value and were not on Sale or  discounted from regular list price.

To exchange an item(s):

You will need to repack your purchase in its original packaging (please pack it safely and securely) and ship it back to our warehouse. Please keep your tracking information.

 

VERY IMPORTANT: If you're returning or exchanging from the US, you'll need to fill out a 'Customs Declaration' form with the courier of your choice. Clearly identify the shipment as "RETURN ITEMS" so that Canada Customs doesn't charge you or us for duties. Please note that any packages returned to us that incur return fees - duties, brokerage, customs, COD, shipping or related - will not be accepted by Anupaya and returned to sender.

To return an item(s):

  1. Please email us at info@anupaya.ca and drop us a note stating: your name, your order number, and why you are returning the item.
  2. Mail the item back to us, along with a copy of the note to: Anupaya, 33373 HWY 17, PO Box 1239, Deep River, Ontario K0J 1P0

    Once your return item has been received and inspected (making sure it has not been washed, worn, soiled etc.), we'll process your request and email you a store credit code to use on your next purchase, provided all conditions are met.

** Customer is responsible for all related shipping fees associated with return  item(s).
